Does anyone have a good idea on how to dye wood blocks for your bird? I've heard everything from koolaid to jello, but am "edgy"

Thanks for any info.

Sorry if I missed this topic somewhere.

Thanks for all your help Jules! Hope Jasper is eating his veggies.

i use food coloring and water, as i've heard that flavored things such as the kool-aid or jello may cause the bird to want to eat some of the wood chips...the food coloring does a nice job, just place them in to soak

I prefer just the natural wood to be on the safe side, they all still chew them the same as coloured ones.

That's right. Natural wood would be much better for that..
